Besides the design plan blueprints, you can expect your New Ventures home plan to come with the following materials.
- The Cover Page of your New Ventures, Inc. plan is a general information page. It includes general construction notes, a legal disclaimer, an abbreviation list, an electrical legend, the name and number block for your plan, and copyright advisory.
- We also provide an Elevations Page. The front elevation is drawn at 1/4" scale while the rear and sides are drawn at 1/8" scale. The front elevation is fully detailed and all elevations contain the necessary information to complete construction.
- The Foundation Page is drawn at 1/4" scale. All foundations contain spacing, sizing, and direction of the floor system, and necessary dimensions including those for steel beams and posts.
- The Main Level Page is a full 1/4" scale detailed drawing that includes: dimensioning from stud-to-stud, kitchen and bath layouts, plus spacing, sizing, and direction of the floor and/or roof system. Specific information for your plan will also be located on this page.
- The Second Level Page (if applicable) is a full 1/4" scale detailed drawing, and also has the same detailed information as specified on the main level.
- Nearly each New Ventures plan comes with one to two Detail Pages. These sheets list specific details for your plan including electrical plans, roof plans, and stair details. It also includes details for door and window openings, partitions, exterior corners, deck posts, brick sections, and wall sections (2-story or 1-story respectively).
