• 1 final plan completed on a per square foot charge
• Finished main and second levels: $.75 per sq. ft.
  • Builders please call to receive a multiple plan discount
• Finished basement: $.35 per sq. ft.
• No charge for unfinished basement

• Revision to the preliminary plan twice
• Preliminary plans: $.30 per sq. ft.

• Changes to preliminary and final plans:$50.00/hr
• Remodels and additions: $60.00/hr
• Additional plot plans: $50.00
• 1/8” New Ventures floor plans: $50.00
• Black & white renderings: $150.00
• Colored renderings: Quoted per house
